Stanley Block
Stanley H. Block, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, and adjunct professor of law and psychiatry at Seattle University School of Law and psychiatry at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He developed the Mind-Body Bridging (MBB) approach for stress reduction, PTSD, and crisis management, and co-authored books including 'Come to Your Senses: Demystifying the Mind-Body Connection,' 'Mind-Body Workbook for Stress,' and 'Mind-Body PTSD Workbook.' A retired psychoanalyst and former medical director of Maine’s Jackson Brook Institute, he consults with treatment centers worldwide and has published evidence-based studies on MBB's effectiveness.
