Simona Nikolova

Simona Nikolova is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Mayo Clinic, specializing in the development of advanced medical imaging methods to detect brain biomarkers for neurological diseases such as stroke, Alzheimer's, and traumatic brain injury. Her research focuses on applying novel analysis techniques and imaging acquisition, including MRI and magnetic resonance spectroscopy, to improve diagnosis and predict the persistence of post-traumatic headaches and migraines.
