Sigmund Brouwer
Sigmund Brouwer is a Canadian author born in 1959 in Red Deer, Alberta, known for writing over 100 books for children, young adults, and adults, with more than four million copies in print across multiple languages.[3][5] He has won awards including the Arthur Ellis Award for Dead Man's Switch (2015) and Shock Wave (2025), and the Christy Book of the Year for Thief of Glory.[3][5] Married to recording artist Cindy Morgan with two daughters, he divides his time between Nashville, Tennessee, and Red Deer, Alberta.[2][6]
