Sidney J. Rauch

Sidney J. Rauch was an educational author and compiler who contributed to reading education and literacy instruction. He compiled the Handbook for the Volunteer Tutor published by the International Reading Association and authored works on vocabulary and language arts innovations for educators and administrators.
