Shoichiro Fukao

Shoichiro Fukao is a Japanese scientist and professor born in 1943, who graduated from the master's program at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University, and earned his Ph.D. there. He served as Professor and Director of the Radio Science Center for Space and Atmosphere (RASC) at Kyoto University, specializing in radio science, atmospheric research using ground-based radars like the MU radar and Equatorial Atmosphere Radar.[1][3][5]
