Shoaib Ahmed Malik

Shoaib Ahmed Malik is a lecturer in science and religion at the University of Edinburgh, with PhDs in chemical engineering from the University of Nottingham (2014) and theology from the University of St Mary's, Twickenham (2023).[1][2][3] Born and raised in Kuwait, he authored the award-winning book *Islam and Evolution: Al-Ghazālī and the Modern Evolutionary Paradigm* (2021) and serves as chief editor of Palgrave Macmillan's 'Islam and Science' series, while holding fellowships in the International Society for Science and Religion.[1][2][3]
