Shari Miller

Sharee Miller is an award-winning author and illustrator best known for her acclaimed picture books Don't Touch My Hair and Princess Hair, as well as her debut graphic novel Curlfriends: New in Town, which won the SCBWI Golden Kite Award. She has also illustrated works such as Michelle’s Garden: How the First Lady Planted Seeds of Change by Keah Brown and Sam's Super Seats by Taylor Darks. Growing up in Saint Thomas, she draws inspiration from the Caribbean's bright colors and sunshine for her fresh and cheerful characters.[1][2][6]
