Shan Gao

Shan Gao is a Professor of Philosophy at the Research Center for Philosophy of Science and Technology, Shanxi University, and Visiting Professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He earned his Ph.D. in History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Sydney in 2013 and is the founding editor of the International Journal of Quantum Foundations. His research focuses on the foundations of quantum mechanics, philosophy of physics, and philosophy of mind, with key publications including The Meaning of the Wave Function (Cambridge University Press, 2017).
