Sema Wilkes

Sema Wilkes was the founder and longtime proprietor associated with Mrs. Wilkes' Dining Room in Savannah, Georgia. In 1943, she took over a boardinghouse in historic downtown Savannah and became known for serving homestyle Southern cooking family-style in the downstairs dining room.[4][5]
