Scott Westerfeld

Scott Westerfeld is an American author of young adult fiction, best known for the Uglies series and the Leviathan trilogy.[1][2] Born in Dallas, Texas, on May 5, 1963, he began his career writing science fiction novels for adults before transitioning to YA literature with works like the Midnighters trilogy.[1][3] He lives between New York City and Sydney, Australia, with his wife, author Justine Larbalestier.[2][6]
