Scott McCloud

Scott McCloud (born Scott McLeod) is an American cartoonist, comics theorist, and author best known for his influential nonfiction books about the medium, including Understanding Comics, Reinventing Comics, and Making Comics. He also created the comic series Zot!, wrote Superman-related comics, and helped promote webcomics and creator rights in the comics industry.
