Sau Sheong Chang

Sau Sheong Chang is the Chief Technology Officer and Deputy Chief Executive at GovTech Singapore, where he leads product and engineering initiatives for the Smart Nation initiative. He is a veteran software engineer with over 24 years of experience, having directed engineering efforts at PayPal, Yahoo!, and HP, and is known for co-founding elipva and authoring multiple programming books. Chang actively contributes to Singapore's tech community by running GopherCon Singapore and serving on boards for SISTIC and SkillsFuture Singapore.
