She previously edited Cosmopolitan Australia at age 29, hosted MasterChef Australia, and in 2022 sold her I Quit Sugar business, donating proceeds to charity. Now a social philosopher, podcaster, philanthropist, and climate advisor, she campaigns on mental health and climate issues while living minimally.
