Sarah Medina
Sarah María Medina is a poet, fiction writer, and creative non-fiction author from the American Northwest. Her work has appeared in publications such as Black Warrior Review, Poetry Northwest, Prelude, and anthologies like Nepantla: An Anthology Dedicated to Queer Poets of Color. She holds an MFA in poetry from Washington University in St. Louis, a BA in Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington, and is pursuing a PhD in Comparative Literature, while also serving as poetry editor at Winter Tangerine and a teaching artist.
