Sarah Lucia Hoagland

Sarah Lucia Hoagland is a lesbian feminist philosopher and author born on June 4, 1945, in Denver, Colorado. She is the Bernard Brommel Distinguished Research Professor and Professor Emerita of Philosophy and Women's Studies at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, where she taught for over 20 years. She authored the influential work Lesbian Ethics: Toward New Value, published in 1988.
