Sandra L. Myres

Sandra L. Myres (1933–1991) was an American historian specializing in the American Southwest and the frontier experience. She is best known for her work 'Westering Women and the Frontier Experience, 1800-1915,' which gave voice to frontier women through extensive primary sources including letters, journals, and reminiscences from over 400 collections.
