Samin Nosrat
Samin Nosrat is an Iranian-American chef, TV host, food writer, and podcaster, best known for her James Beard Award-winning, New York Times bestselling cookbook Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat and its Netflix docu-series adaptation.[2][3] A UC Berkeley English graduate, she began her culinary career at Chez Panisse and later served as a food columnist for The New York Times Magazine from 2017 to 2021, while co-hosting the award-winning podcast Home Cooking.[1][2] She is also author of the upcoming book Good Things, set for release in fall 2025.[2][3]
