Sally Morgan
Sally Morgan (née Milroy) is an Australian Aboriginal author, artist, and dramatist born in Perth, Western Australia, in 1951. Her acclaimed autobiography *My Place* (1987) details her discovery of her Aboriginal Palyku heritage, which had been concealed from her during childhood, and has sold over half a million copies in Australia. She has also written children's books and biographies, establishing a national reputation as an artist with works in public and private collections.[1][2][5]
