Sally Gardner
Sally Gardner is a British children's author and illustrator from London. Dyslexic and labeled unteachable as a child, she did not learn to read until age 14, later trained in art and theatre, and went on to become an award-winning writer known for imaginative, often fairy-tale-inflected books. She also writes adult fiction under the pseudonym Wray Delaney.
