Sacha Black is a bestselling and competition-winning author, rebel podcaster, and professional speaker who writes educational nonfiction books for writers and sapphic books for young adults, also publishing under the pen name Ruby Roe.[1][5] Born in London, she lives in Cambridgeshire, England, with her wife and son, and has obsessions including words, expensive shoes, conspiracy theories, self-improvement, and breaking the rules.[1][2] She serves as blog manager and conference manager for the Alliance of Independent Authors and hosts The Rebel Author Podcast.[3][5]
