Rowena Summers

Rowena Summers was the pseudonym of British author Jean Saunders (née Innes), who wrote romance novels from 1974 to 2010. In the 1980s, she adopted this pen name for her popular historical romances, alongside others like Sally Blake. She served as Chairman of the Romantic Novelists’ Association from 1993 to 1995.
