Ronald W Hodges

Ronald William Hodges (1934–2017) was an American entomologist and lepidopterist who conducted research on moth systematics for 45 years, particularly focusing on the superfamilies Gelechioidea and Sphingoidea. He was instrumental in organizing the Wedge Entomological Research Foundation in 1973 and served in various leadership positions, earning the Thomas Say Award from the Entomological Society of America in 1990 and the Karl Jordan Award from The Lepidopterists' Society in 1997.
