Ronald Chen

Ronald Chen is a University Professor, Distinguished Professor of Law, and Judge Leonard I. Garth Scholar at Rutgers Law School, where he previously served as co-dean until 2018 and as New Jersey Public Advocate. Born in Stamford, Connecticut, he graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers Law School in 1983 after serving as editor-in-chief of the Rutgers Law Review. He resides in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.[1]
