Ronald A. Heifetz

Ronald A. Heifetz (born February 7, 1951) is a pioneering leadership scholar, King Hussein bin Talal Senior Lecturer in Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, and Founding Director of the Center for Public Leadership. He co-founded Cambridge Leadership Associates and developed the adaptive leadership framework, renowned for distinguishing technical from adaptive challenges. Author of influential books like 'Leadership Without Easy Answers' and 'Leadership on the Line,' he advises leaders in government, business, and nonprofits worldwide.
