Ron Carter

Ronald G. Carter (1932-2008) was an American author best known for his nine-volume historical fiction series *Prelude to Glory* about the American Revolution. He also wrote numerous other books including *Me and The Geezer*, *The Beecher Incident*, *The Youngest Drover*, and mystery titles like *The Case of the Deadly Counterfeiters*. A 1957 graduate of Brigham Young University and a member of the Latter-day Saints, he is often credited under the name Ron Carter.[1]
