Rom Harré

Rom Harré (1927–2019) was a New Zealand-born British philosopher and psychologist renowned for his pioneering work in ethogenics, social constructionism, and positioning theory. He spent over 35 years at the University of Oxford and later served as a Distinguished Research Professor at Georgetown University, where he continued to influence the fields of philosophy of science and social psychology until his death at age 91.
