Rohinton Mistry
Rohinton Mistry is a Canadian author of Indian Parsi descent, known for his vivid depictions of life in India, particularly among the Parsi community. His acclaimed novels, including 'Such a Long Journey' and 'A Fine Balance', have earned him prestigious awards such as the Giller Prize and the Commonwealth Writers' Prize. He was born in Mumbai in 1952 and emigrated to Canada in 1975, where he continues to write.
