Roger Zelazny
Roger Zelazny (1937–1995) was an acclaimed American science fiction and fantasy author, best known for his bestselling Chronicles of Amber series and classics like Lord of Light and A Rose for Ecclesiastes. He won six Hugo Awards and three Nebula Awards over his three-decade career, blending mythology, religion, and innovative storytelling. Born in Euclid, Ohio, he studied English literature, worked for the Social Security Administration, and became a leading figure of the American New Wave in science fiction.
