Roger Von Oech

Roger von Oech is an internationally recognized leader in creativity and innovation, author of bestselling books including A Whack on the Side of the Head (1983), A Kick in the Seat of the Pants, and Expect the Unexpected (Or You Won’t Find It). He earned a Bachelor's degree from Ohio State University in history and philosophy, where he was Phi Beta Kappa, and a Ph.D. from Stanford University in a self-designed interdisciplinary program on the 'History of Ideas.' Since 1977, his seminars, workshops, card decks like the Creative Whack Pack, and tools such as the Ball of Whacks have inspired millions worldwide.
