Roger Gill

Roger Gill is a Visiting Professor of Leadership Studies at Durham University Business School and an independent scholar specializing in leadership and workplace spirituality. He is a Chartered Psychologist with academic degrees from the universities of Oxford, Liverpool, and Bradford, and has authored the book 'Theory and Practice of Leadership'.
