Robin Robertson is a Scottish poet and novelist born in Scone, Perthshire, in 1955. His work is noted for its rich imagery and engagement with myth, folklore, love, and loss, and he has received major awards including the Forward Prize, the E.M. Forster Award, and the Walter Scott Prize.
