Robin Paul Malloy
Robin Paul Malloy is the E.I. White Chair and Distinguished Professor of Law at Syracuse University College of Law, where he also holds the Kauffman Professorship in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and directs the Center on Property, Citizenship, and Social Entrepreneurism. He is a leading expert in property law, real estate transactions, land use law, zoning, and law in market contexts, and he founded the Association for Law, Property and Society. Malloy earned his B.S., J.D., and LL.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1983.
