Robin Huang

Robin Hui Huang is a Chair Professor at the Faculty of Law and Courtesy Joint Professor at the Finance Department of the Business School, Chinese University of Hong Kong, specializing in corporate law, securities regulation, financial regulation, foreign investment, and law & technology with a focus on China from comparative and empirical perspectives.[1][2] Previously, he was a tenured faculty member at the University of New South Wales Faculty of Law, where he now serves as Adjunct Professor.[1] He is an internationally recognized expert and author of works such as 'Securities and Capital Markets Law in China'.[6]
