Robin A. Seymour

Robin Henry Seymour (born Seymour Samuel Altman) was an American radio personality, disc jockey, and television host, renowned for his work at stations like CKLW and WKMH, and for hosting the Detroit TV shows *Teen Town* and *Swingin' Time*. Beginning his career as a child actor on the *Lone Ranger Show*, he became one of the longest-serving disc jockeys in the country and later authored the autobiography *The DJ That Launched 1,000 Hits*. He was a key promoter of Motown music and managed rock bands.[1][2][3][4][5]
