Robert S Hartman

Robert Schirokauer Hartman (1910–1973) was a German-American logician and philosopher who founded scientific axiology, the science of value. He is best known for developing the Hartman Value Inventory, a psychological tool used to measure individual character, and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1973.
