Robert P George

Robert P. George is the McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence at Princeton University and director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions, which he founded in 2000. A leading scholar in natural law, ethics, and constitutional law, he has authored influential books such as 'Making Men Moral: Civil Liberties and Public Morality' and 'In Defense of Natural Law.' He has held prominent public roles, including chairman of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, member of the President's Council on Bioethics, and judicial fellow at the U.S. Supreme Court.
