Robert N McCullough

Robert N McCullough is an economist and energy market expert based in Portland, OR, with over thirty years of experience advising governments, utilities, and First Nations on energy, metals, paper, and chemical issues. He is notable for his role in exposing Enron's energy-trading market manipulations in 2000 and has testified before state, federal, and provincial courts as well as Congress. McCullough was educated at Reed College, Portland State University, and Cornell University in economics and finance.
