Robert B. Power

Robert B. Powers (1900–1976) was an American police officer who served as Chief of Police in Bakersfield, California, from 1933 to 1945 and later as a senior state-level enforcement official in California from 1944 to 1947. He is also known for co-establishing one of the earliest police training programs focused on race relations.
