Richard V. Webb

Richard V. Webb most likely refers to Richard Webb (1915–1993), an American film, television, and radio actor best known for starring as Captain Midnight in the 1950s TV series of the same name. He appeared in more than fifty films, including westerns and film noirs such as Out of the Past and I Was a Communist for the FBI.[2][4][10]
