Richard Palmer

Richard G. Palmer is a British theoretical physicist and Professor Emeritus at Duke University, known for his work on statistical mechanics, complex systems, and neural networks. He has authored two books on the theory of neural networks and the theory of extinction, and his research spans physics, biology, and computational science.
