Richard Overy
Richard James Overy is a British historian born in 1947 who specializes in World War II and Nazi Germany history. He is a professor of history at the University of Exeter and a fellow of the Royal Historical Society and British Academy. His acclaimed works include The Dictators: Hitler's Germany, Stalin's Russia, which won the 2004 Wolfson History Prize, and Why the Allies Won.
