Richard McKenzie Neal

Richard McKenzie Neal is an author known for works such as 'The New World Order: Manifest Destiny' and 'The Path to Addiction... and other troubles we are born to know.' Born in Hope, Arkansas, in 1941, he grew up without his father, who left before he was two, and attended his father's funeral at age sixteen. He reflects on the distinction between education, intelligence, and wisdom in his biographical notes.[1]
