Richard Green

Richard Greene is a Canadian poet, biographer, and professor of English at the University of Toronto. Born in Newfoundland and educated at Oxford, he won the Governor General's Award for his poetry collection Boxing the Compass in 2010. He is the author of acclaimed biographies including Edith Sitwell: Avant Garde Poet, English Genius (2011) and Russian Roulette: The Life and Times of Graham Greene (2021).[2][3][4][5]
