Richard De Veaux

Richard D. De Veaux is the C. Carlisle and Margaret Tippit Professor of Statistics at Williams College, where he serves as Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. He earned his PhD in statistics from Stanford University in 1986 and is an applied statistician specializing in data mining methodology and statistics education. De Veaux is an award-winning teacher and consultant to major corporations who has authored multiple books and publications.
