Richard Crisp
Richard J. Crisp is an award-winning scientist, author, and Professor of Social Psychology at Durham University, known for co-originating the imagined contact hypothesis and contributing significantly to social psychology. He has written numerous books including The Social Brain: How Diversity Made the Modern Mind and OUP's Social Psychology: A Very Short Introduction, and has published extensively on social influence in national and international press. He was born in London, United Kingdom.
