Richard Brzeczek

Richard J. Brzeczek is an American former law enforcement official and consultant best known for serving as superintendent of the Chicago Police Department from 1980 to 1983. After leaving the department, he worked in private practice and as an expert witness on police practices, police conduct, deadly force, and related issues.
