Rhodri Jeffreys-Jones

Rhodri Jeffreys-Jones is an Emeritus Professor of History at the University of Edinburgh and Honorary President of the Scottish Association for the Study of America. Born in Wales, he received his higher education at Aberystwyth, Michigan, Harvard, and Cambridge, and has held postdoctoral fellowships at Harvard, Free University Berlin, and Toronto. His scholarly work focuses on American history and intelligence studies, with his book 'The American Left: Its Impact on Politics and Society since 1900' winning the Richard E. Neustadt Prize in 2013.
