Rex Martin

Rex Martin is a philosopher and professor emeritus at the University of Kansas who has taught there since 1968 and also held a joint professorship at Swansea University from 1995 to 2000. He is known for his work in philosophy and for books including 'Historical Explanation: Re-enactment and Practical Inference' and 'Rawls and Rights'.
