Reverend T C Fry
T.C. Fry (1926–1996) was a prominent educator and key figure in the Natural Hygiene tradition, known for reviving terrain-based health philosophy and emphasizing emotional equilibrium, rest, and the body's healing capacity. Though sometimes referred to as 'Reverend' in informal contexts, he was not a clergyman but a health educator who carried the torch of Natural Hygiene until his death at age 69.
