Ray Carver

Raymond Carver was an American short story writer and poet known for his spare, realistic style and his depictions of working-class life. His collections, including "What We Talk About When We Talk About Love" and "Cathedral," made him one of the most influential American writers of the late 20th century.[1][3][4]
